Oh man that was ugly.
Minshew is tough.

Pray the starting offensive lineman stay healthy all year. Because these back up's are playing pretty poopy right now.

Can anyone catch on this team?
Blue is better at following his blocks than Armstead, that's better for keeping the QB from dying.
It's ok all heroic tales begin with the hero getting the snot knocked out of him.
Team looks pretty bad. Good thing this is just preseason.
Ok. Best possession of the night
This is getting rough. Not sure where guys are in terms of coaches thoughts and depth chart wise but theres not much good so far.
Calm down...people dont get worked up over this...we are missing MOST of our starters on both sides of the ball..

The guys inactive on the sideline
John Wooden said winning games begins at practice. Its obvious, this team doesn't practice hard enough and the coaches dont teach fundamentals and discipline.
Real impressed by the way Minshew responded to that hit, made a nice throw on third and a million to hit the receiver in the hole where the blitz came from.

He's this team's backup QB there's no doubt. Give him all the reps you can in preseason; I legit don't care if Lee or McGough sees a snap (not opposed to giving McGough mop up minutes in the 4th to see if he's PS worthy though)

Tyre Brady should've caught that ball; these receivers are doing him exactly 0 favors.
Hard to even judge Minshew, he has nobody out there & dont even start to bash the D..we are missing damn near whole D

You'd think with Tom Coughlin at the helm that would never come into question.

LOL

preseason - settle down
These guys playing will be selling insurance next month, not worried
You'd like to see your backups be not totally incompetent. Odds are a number of them will be starting by the end of the year due to inevitable injury.
After last season's ridiculous injury bug; im not surprised they're resting everyone. We do this every year, it's week 1 of preseason, literally the most meaningless game of the entire preseason as in the 4th game there are jobs on the line for the bubble guys. If this play happens in 2 weeks against Miami when the Starters get extended action, THEN we should be concerned.
Haskins picked 6 by the Browns.
