Hi, Jaguars fans!   New York Football Giants visit the Minnesota Vikings in both teams 28th all-time regular season meeting in a nationally televised game on Monday Night Football.  

 

N.Y. Giants defeated the Vikings in both teams last meeting less than a year ago, and also played at Minneapolis, winning 49-17 at the Twin Cities Financial Stadium at the University Of Minnesota campus back on December 27, 2015.  Vikings though lead the all-time series, winning 15 games, and losing 12 games, and also outscored the N.Y. Giants in the previous 27 meeting with 611 points to 529 points.

 

Sean McDonough and Jon Gruden are announcing the live TV game commentary, along with sideline reporter and interviewer Lisa Salters for ESPN's Monday Night Football.

 

Clear skies at 66 degrees is the game forecast inside US Bank Stadium for the 8:25PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, along with 5% precipitation, 60% humidity, and southeastern winds at 12 miles per hour.

 

NO injuries to both the New York FootballGiants and Minnesota Vikings,  and may the best team win!

Yes, I am a Jaguars fan, but there is nothing wrong with also liking Green Bay.

OBJ got hit out of bounds two plays in a row and walks away with an unsportsmanlike penalty. This is absolutely ridiculous.

It was close but I dont know. He got up and rushes to ref screaming, then next play he blasts the corners face and catches it which should be offensive pi.

  The contrast of announcing styles between the two is highly noticeable.  Sean McDonough seems like a good announcer but he's not a good fit as Mike Tirico's replacement.    The combo of Mike Tirico and Jon Gruden were outstanding.

Absolutely. Sean McDonough did not give Jon Gruden enough time to talk between plays and when he did, Gruden hesitated before saying two sentences. With Mike Tirico, Gruden not only talked a lot, but used the big touch screen a lot more and called him by name. The new combo sucks.
