I think I'm getting to the point of bringing in some sumo wrestlers or just some big fat guys. Could they be much worse?

I don't know, but I sure don't see any development with ours.  I fear, once again, it will be our Achille's heel.

Other teams have a big dropoff in play from the starters to the backups, especially at OT, but our dropoff is like falling off the Sears Tower. The thing that makes it even worse, is that our starting OT's aren't world beaters either.

This is it. Is it a system thing, how we teach them, the quality of backup player that wants to come to us. 

We may end up running that Colts one man O line play as our playbook.
