Per multiple sources quoting Marrone:

It’s a “significant” hammy. Keep him out until after bye week.

If he actually gets through a week of practices without tweaking the hammy, then yeah, that sounds about right.

It would be nice to see a couple snaps. Start working him into NFL shape. The TE spot in Jacksonville has been pretty poor for pretty much ever.
He needs to put on 25 lbs of muscle to be the next Tony Gonzales. I'd put him on ir list so he can cus he gonna get hurt in the NFL catching balls over middle. This ain't college.

His intended use in DeFilippo's offense is that of an "F" tight end who is meant to be fast and versatile to line up all over the formation. Gaining weight is not what he needs if it affects his speed negatively.

At 6'5" 250lbs and running a 4.63, Oliver is right where he needs to be. He just strained his hamstring.
Having Josh on the field will be an welcomed sight. A long time coming.

NH3...
Jalen Ramsey out. Injury: feelings/butt.
Any news on Myles Jack?

Yea, Ramsey is suffering from Butt-Hurt.

A good development.

As good as Minshew has been thus far, he will have more options with a good receiving target over the middle (assuming, of course, Oliver can be put into the good receiving target category).

No.

Tony Gonzales was 247. not 272.

Oliver is 249.

Gonzales wasn't a crushing blocker, though he could function decently within a strong running game.  What made Gonzales great was his athleticism and receiving skills.

Oliver doesn't need to be 274 to be a good receiving TE.

He's in the Concussion program, or whatever it's called.
