If Yan wants too much money...

Nobody has a single clue how much money he wants, or what the team offered him... And don't even bring up that $19m crap because that was simply rumors and nobody of value ever said anything like that.

Why would he sign a low ball contract, when hes seen this team give boatloads of money away to terrible players who haven't earned it. Bortles, Foles, Lee (isn't terrible, but he definitely didn't earn it), $13m+ per year for Norwell, who has been complete dog [BLEEP]. $10m for 1 season to Moncrief etc. etc. etc...

You said there should be no reason.  I just gave you a good reason.  Yans agent might be asking for more than what hes  worth
I saw a cool graphic on twitter that compared the pressure rate of #4 pick Clelin Ferell and #6 Allen.

I can't remember if it was for only week three or through week three, but Allen had the edge.  Went back and looked for the tweet but couldn't find it. It was posted Monday I think.
If Allen can continue to be productive and stay healthy, he has a very good shot at DROY this season.

I sure hope we can get our running game going this week.

Our defense was much the same before Thursday.

They were? Turnovers sure, but we had 4 sacks and ridiculous pressures in week 2.

Nit-picking here, but our defense also had 2 sacks in the KC game that were negated by penalty.

I really feel like Allen will be an All Pro soon and up there with the best pass rushers in the league.  He's a freak

The Giants were desperately trying to trade up to get him after taking Jones at 6.

I'm glad the FO did NOT trade down and decided to take Allen.

I think he will have another big game against Denver.

They would have been better taking Allen and trying to jump back in for DJ

If Allen is off the board, we may have been a LOT more flexible, but if someone leaves him on the board, there was no chance we were moving off that pick.

Yea I seen that as well. Although a lot of Raiders fans have said that he's playing inside a lot on that DL and not just out wide as a pass rusher. Could definitely skew the numbers a bit.
Jags D has had a history of making Flacco look miserable and terrible. Remember the Ravens game in London? LOL

It's beautiful.

Alos, calm down Bosa. lol
Glad we picked him.

It was the right (only) thing to do.

NH3...
Watched Josh Allen on All Access yesterday ....seems like a nice guy , happy to be here and def looks up to
"Big Brother" Calais ....who made a point of saying to him when he arrived,
"Don't brag on yourself .....play well and let others brag on you" ....or words to that effect.

Seemed a shot at the guy with the brinks truck lol
he's much better than Yan. And speaking of Yan, he keeps losing money each week he doesn't make an impact
Allen is looking good. Will be hilarious if he ends up wrecking the Raiders this year when they meet up and he makes them pay for drafting Ferrell over him. And that's a very realistic possibility based on the way he's progressing so far.

Caught that Monday Night Football game though. 49ERS Vs. Browns. Nick Bosa is a BEAST.

Bosa is insane and that 49ers DLine may be the best in the league.

I don’t know which is more accurate, but saying “3rd amongst rookies” certainly doesn’t do justice to how well he is playing. The top 3 rookies are crushing it right now in the league. Allen is 4th in the league in pressures and has 1 up on Burns and 2 on Bosa  according to profootballreference which is a damn good reference.

Not to mention, he's had 2 or 3 called back on penalties from someone else.
Obviously Bosa looks like an animal out there, but we all knew that was going to happen, especially with how high he was drafted.

I had my doubts about Josh Allen, but he's definitely won me over with his play. He has the makings to be a legitimate pass rusher for the next decade.
