I agree.

Jack also set the positive culture by getting ejected in week 1.

It is age and emotion.....and football....totally normal.

I dont think this was to support him.
I think it was more going to see what his "brother" was up to.

Like when your brother and parents are having a serious discussion, and you kinda sneak your way in to see whats going on.

Agreed
A a true shutdown corner is as valuable as an edge rusher to me.

Being able to stick Ramsey on an island with top 10 WRs and feel safe in doing so changes the game so much. It forces the offense to change their whole gameplan and let's the rest of your defense key in on other areas.

Offenses are too diverse. Shutting down the number 1 is great but elite teams can and will pivot or adjust.

Offenses having to react to an edge rusher and having to worry about them on every play is just more impactful to me.

Part of the value is in forcing them to pivot and adjust. Elite teams are pummeling squads with elite pass rushers too.

I'm only really referring to the very very top tier of corners like Pat Pete or prime Revis in terms of shutting down #1s. Pass rushing is still king overall imo
