Ha.. I appreciate everyone on this board even people that don't think like me

Reason? I don't spend time on twitter or sport sites anymore and everyone collates good stuff for me and I don't feel uninformed. Thanks for the Uncle Rico pregame video and the draft video in the other thread. Good stuff.

I'm still enjoying that the Uncle Rico bit was filmed at Fletcher. If there is a school in Jacksonville that Uncle Rico would have attended, I feel like I can safely say that would be it.

I'm still enjoying that the Uncle Rico bit was filmed at Fletcher. If there is a school in Jacksonville that Uncle Rico would have attended, I feel like I can safely say that would be it.

I've been here most of my life and i still dont know where fletcher is located lol.  I still agree though.

At the beach between Penman and 3rd or so.

I was there last week to watch Mandarin JV mop the floor with them One long haired kid said "Why didn't you ride your bike today?" Other long hair kid replied "My Mom had to bring me I was late 'cause I Was surfin'"

I laughed.

Neptune Beach. It's got that laid back, Uncle Rico mentality. At least when I was there, it was full of stoners who would've said that they could throw a ball across that ocean.

Fletcher is changing pretty dramatically compared to the old days. They're actually ranked as an A- school and are currently ranked #12 in the Jacksonville area (just in front of Mandarin)

Glad to see times have changed since I was there in the early 2000's. It was basically the definition of average and uninterested in changing that. Some great teachers, some bad ones, lots of students with bright futures, lots of students setting themselves up to have no future, and a principal more concerned about--you know, I won't go into the principal. /sidetrack
