So Gruden named McCoy starter Sunday over Haskins, theres the whole Gruden didn't want him and they now think these videos were leaked by someone in the organisation because he picked McCoy.

hitting on a young woman when you're married is a lot more serious than smoking a joint in the state where it's not legalized yet.
Then again maybe he and his wife negotiated some sort of open marriage. Time will tell.

If you're going to argue that Jay Gruden is the only NFL head coach who smokes pot and hits on younger women, save yourself some breath and don't. We have "proof" that he's robbing cradles and smokin' the reefer because he's in the middle of a perfect storm with a QB of the immediate future that he didn't want on draft day and won't play now, and a Redskins organization that's looking for a way to get rid of him. This is an expedient, clean way for the Redskins to get rid of him and replace him with an assistant coach who'll commit to playing Haskins. That's all there is to it. I don't give two [BLEEP] about his smoking pot, but if he's hitting on other women while married...yeah, that's sleazy. If he's committing adultery, that's a few steps beyond sleazy, but it's really none of yours or my business, and again, if you think he's the only one, you're nuts.
Jay Gruden will get fired sometime within the next couple of months, and he'll turn up in Vegas as Jon Gruden's offensive coordinator and/or QB coach next season. Just another scumbag who makes more in a year than you or I will make in ten.
