The offense is going to need a little more work than expected. These extra picks will be essential to building a high-power offense. Let's start with the obvious:

Whether Minshew proves to be the one or Foles at the helm,  there are a lack of weapons and protection for either one of them. This certainly needs to be addressed.

Offensive line has had its up and down moments. The biggest disappointment here is not Norwell. It's Cam Robinson. There are too many mental errors and at the one position that is to protect the blindside of the quarterback. He needs to be replaced. Back to Norwell, he has not lived up to his contract, but he is not the weakest link here by any means. He has to clean up too or else they could cut ties with him after the season. Linder is playing well. Cann is inconsistent and Richardson is still a question mark. Taylor has been doing ok considering the competition he has been up against. He needs to clean up the penalties though. Still too early to tell.

I'm not sold on this team being content with what they currently have at WR.  Chark is coming on and has done far better than last season. Westbrook has been inconsistent. Conley sees small action here and there. Lee had one good healthy season and injured everywhere else. Cole is nearly forgotten and Board is a non-factor. Getting another big-play WR who can beat coverage will be beneficial to the run game balance and the quarterback. TE is still a question mark here. That will have to be seen after the season progresses.

Fournette is doing well. I can sense moments where he may not trust his linemen in front of him and he hesitates. But, with the pass game improving and the line blocking more effectively, he will be what we have expected of him with how high he was drafted.

With all that said and done,  we are looking at 2 WRs (one being a return specialist that this team has lacked for a long time,  2 or 3 OL, and possibly a TE.

This could all change depend on how the team performs along the way. But, this is where I personally see of this offense at the moment. Feel free to share your thoughts.
Rebuild the defense
Build out the depth on offense and see what rises to the top
I'm not giving up on Cam Robinson yet. How he plays the remainder of this season will determine whether he remains our left tackle or possibly gets moved to guard. Taylor has shown enough flashes that he should remain the right tackle at least until his initial contract is over. Linder and Richardson should also remain on this team beyond this season. One of the two first rounders should be used on an interior lineman to replace Norwell and his overpriced contract.

The receiving corps seems very solid to me. Chark is looking like a pro-bowler and Westbrook is a reliable number 2 guy. The jury is still out on Conley, but finding a number 3 receiver is not high on the priority list.Obviously, tight end still needs to be addressed. How Oliver does once he begins playing will determine whether the team drafts one again next season.

The running game is looking good as long as Fournette continues to play hard. Drafting a mauling guard or center should be a priority.

The quarterback position seems to be in good hands with Foles and Minshew. There are no quarterbacks in the upcoming draft that I'd risk a 1st rounder on. If both these guys do poorly, the Jags may be in position to draft Clemson's quarterback in 2021. Hopefully, Minshew's magic will continue and this will not be necessary.
I have questions about Westbrook. He leads the team in targets and he's on pace for about 750 yards.

Seems to be underperforming a bit.
I watch allot of videos of Boselli breaking down oline film. And Norwell had a few bad plays but he has been the most consistent.
The point should be ranked in this order. Last week Norwell got a holding call cause he grabbed a guy that beat Robinson. Also this group has the team astound 700-800 rinsing yards for the season. They can't be totally awful if they are doing that.

Norwell
Linder
Robinson
Taylor
Richardson
Cann

Wrs we need to get more involved, is like to see conley do more.
TEs we are hurting bad, we need Oliver back like right now.

My biggest concern right now on this team is the communication on defense. We have Talley just allot if new faces and they need to stay in there gaps.
