The team should be run by the HC and the GM.  The EVP of Football should stay out of things except to observe and report to the owner.

Wrong. This isn't a family. As I said whenever it was I made this post, the HC normally takes care of this *except* in cases where the HC is involved. Then the EVP has a right to get involved. Coughlin is gone. Ramsey is gone now too bro, get over it.
