Trump Cut Funding to EPA Center, Report Confirms It's Full of 'Junk Science' Anyway

Leftists and liberals cried bloody murder when President Donald Trump’s administration cut funding to the EPA’s Children’s Environmental Health and Disease Prevention Research Centers, but a new report shows that the president may not have gone far enough.

This is another of those <links> to a fake story instead of coverage of what this actually means:

There was excellent coverage of this tactic in a marketing course at Trump University before the university was shut down.

You seem to think we care that Trump is gutting the federal bureaucracy.

We don't, in fact, we encourage it. That means that your links to the left's sycophantic house organs that wail about the Apocalypse don't have your intended effect.

One last thought. If Trump is really "gutting the federal bureaucracy" as you claim, then why is it that the federal deficit has skyrocketed to $984 billion. Please explain this.

Trump has one year left to do his damage. Why is he wasting all his valuable time on Twitter and watching Fox News instead of focusing on building his beautiful Colorado wall? You obviously do not understand that he will never accomplish the things he says that he will do because he is wasting all his time interacting with the likes of you.

Think about it.

YOU are hindering Trump's ability to get this stuff done.
I would truly like to thank you.

Because Washinton DC is addicted to spending and our current appropriations gimmick encourages profligation. Not rocket surgery, just bloat. And as I often write, Trump is far too moderate for my tastes, I would use a chainsaw where he is satisfied with a small dull knife.

Just thought I should point out the discrepancy between what he says he has done, and the actual results of his actions or lack thereof. I am sometimes amazed that many of those ideologically to Trump's right continue have his back. Although puzzling to me, I do not think it is my imagination that many on the right have begun to reassess their level of support to this administration. Thank you for your honest, thoughtful reply.

You misunderstand me. I am not a Republican, nor did I vote for Trump. I've been pushed to him by fiscal policy I agree with and just how much I despise his enemies.

Both sides spend way too much. We are left to decide which is the lesser of two evils. In the last presidential election I found this very VERY difficult to do. I tend to gravitate toward the center left myself, regardless of how you may wish to paint me as a socialist in these threads. As far as despising Trump's enemies, my difficulty is that he tries to paint half of America as his enemy. I have a lot of difficulty with that. And it becomes way too easy to fall into that trap myself. He tends to be a divider, not a uniter. That is problematic for this country in my view.

<EDIT>

and here I was about to paste a thread about buttdialgate. It is so easy to get caught up with the nonsense in these forums. I would like to think perhaps we would agree on many things if we were to have a conversation in the real world. But, on second thought...

Naa....
I don't know if The Drifter or flsprtsgod ever read The Lorax as a kid, but if they did, I bet they were rooting for the Once-ler.

If you had an actual sense of what most Americans believed, you'd realize that you were on the side of the "extremists."

Lol, I am every man. That you think most Americans believe that teenagers and lunatics should be permitted to run our lives shows your disconnect, not mine.

That's got to be the most out of touch thing you've ever written on this forum.
Even the most extreme elected official is not extreme enough for you.
That means you are at the extreme and and they are at the middle.
Now, just because you are extreme does not mean you are wrong.
But it certainly means you are not "every man."
I wouldn't say my views are extreme, but they are weird.
I think abortion should be illegal.
But I also think climate change is a serious problem that has to be addressed with major changes to the tax code.
Most people who believe one of these things do not believe the other.
So I'm ok being over here, weird all by myself. I'd never claim to be every man. I'm just me.
