The ball was delivered early due to pressure. Wasn't supposed to be on him that fast.

Foles held on to the ball for waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long and caused the holding penalty. He should have thrown it away. The offense is infinitely less exciting with Foles in undeniably
