It is mainly Coughlin's fault that we are where we are right now. He was hired to keep this team from remaining a debacle. 1 lucky season, surrounded by perpetual failures, does not absolve him. He has not righted the ship, or has been too slow to right the ship. A plethora of bad signings, extensions, and failure to jettison dead weight all falls on him. He has to go, along with the rest.
