Should just take San Francisco's DC then and ask Mike to come along with him. This year has me on the fence regarding the next hire. Because we've seen so many issues on both sides of the football that you can make any hire and it wouldn't really hurt my feelings on either side of the ball.

If they like Richard out of Dallas or Saleh out of San Francisco that's fine with me. But the offensive coordinator position will be just as critical.
That's what were talking aboit

Meh.

I’m all but done with this knock-off seattle defensive scheme and that’s what Saleh and Richard will be bringing to the table.

T-wigg put out an interesting name on his podcast the other day regarding coordinators. He suggested Rex Ryan as D-coordinatior and Joe Brady as OC. Joe Brady could be a hot candidate this year.

100% agree.

Must be real hard to coach that 49ers defense with a DLine like that.
Strong no to me on a defensive minded coach. I pretty much agree with all of the guidelines in the image below.

I am still saying they should go offensive minded with the head coaching position. I am going to keep saying Stefanski and Bieniemy. I also wouldn't mind Paton or Borgonzi coming over with them to call the shots personnel and scouting wise as general managers.
I would definately be on board with McCarthy... especially after this respectable re-focus he is doing. At the end of the day... lets get a proven winner instead of taking a flier on someone that may or may not pan out. We've taken enough risks before and with no success.

Backup option: Rivera.

Will you take McCarthy even though he's bringing a terrible DC with him
Until we know who is making the decision, no one has any clue. If TC is doing it, then only people he knows get an interview. I don't know if TC has made any new friends in the league in the last decade.

I don't look for anyone new, 1st time HC to get the job.

TC has made many friends.  I hear he and Ramsey are pretty tight.
