Hire Paul Poszlusny as our General Manager and then hire Peyton Manning as our head coach. When Eli Manning retires he can be our offensive coordinator and then we can hire Ray Lewis to be our defensive coordinator. Just keep throwing random names out there until it's trending on Google.

I'd go with Gene Hackman as HC. Look what he did with a bunch of replacement players.

The game has clearly passed him by at this point.. can he really repeat that same magic in this era? I just don't know....
In all reality, I don't think Shad wants to repeat firing back to back coaches prior to the season being over as it tends to make you look incompetent as well.
I assume the only thing that will get Marrone fired prior to the end of the season is if he's in his office smoking crack and hitting up the nasty websites
Everybody is in the same boat and firing someone right now doesn't fix anything. We still have 3 games to go, and somebody has to be the coach. I'm with whoever said make them finish... We really want to let these guys off the hook and start their paid vacations early?
