Good god this defense has just looked horrendous over the last 5 weeks. The Jags have came in and played that same soft zone defense and get torched down the field. Todd Wash should also be one of the first coaches to get fired. This Cover 3 defense has been exposed in the NFL and wash has failed to adapt. Despite the simple x's and o's the defense has come in looking unprepared and unmotivated. They forgot how to stop the run, the pass rush has dropped off, and the secondary is lost half the time. Sure you could use the injury excuse and the Ramsey trade excuse to a point but not to this point. The team can't seem to stop anybody doing anything right now.
If they keep Wash, they need to acquire:

Earl Thomas
Kam Chancellor
Bobby Wagner
Michael Bennett
KJ Wright
Bruce Irvin

It was almost sad listening to Wash rehash what he said to the guys. He was talking about these final games being like a job interview which is something you tell players getting ready for a preseason game.

Assuming this goes any way like they handled Myles Jack, you end up with the ham wrapped around the bread. The customer said no mayo, but the sandwich artist refuses to make any changes to the sandwich. And you know the sandwich would taste better if they hadn't run out of jalen-peños.
