TC went soft. Back in his glory super bowl days he had the Giants clocks set with a difference of 5 hours with mandatory pre meetings before each meeting which you had to be there an additional hour before. Imagine if we had strict TC this team would be GOLDEN!

Treating them as adults is fine, but you are limited in what you can fine and the CBA locks too much down now. You are generally dealing with players who have been stars their whole life and they haven't ever had any consequences for their actions that matter. They aren't adults and that is the problem. The ones that are adults may not like the rules, but they follow them.

Setting every clock back 5 minutes does nothing if every single person knows they are set back 5 minutes anyway lol

It’s just another way to say “look how tough and in control I am. Every clock is set to my time”
I agree, but look at the multiple players saying they thought they were late today. They obviously aren't taking practice and meetings seriously. They need to be fined more until they learn to be adults and get there on time.

Wouldn't you just adjust. You know the clock is 5 mins fast. Sounds pretty stupid.

It's a miracle the other 31 franchises ever get anything done with their clocks set to the right time and all.

Depends. Some people yes, but the hope is that you just forget about it.

It's easier to just say be to meetings 5 minutes early, but the people late to meetings will just be late.

Since you can't fine them, just start requiring them to wait until all players are there or the meeting doesn't start. Then the meeting duration doesn't change and they have to stay late. The players with fix the problems themselves.

Same. The Army didn't joke about that. At all. My clocks are set five minutes ahead. My husband who has no military background and will absolutely be late to his own funeral couldn't be talked into anything more.
