The problem is Khan has no football sense. His dream was to buy and own a franchise while exclusively manage the PR and financial side of the organization. He has put his trust into Caldwell, and will not make emotional/irrational decisions for the team itself. Which is fine, you know, for a couple years. After that though, what is the plan? What are your goals? You preach about having a winning culture, yet you and Caldwell agree on giving a proven loser in Gus, an extension. That contradicts your entire plan and what you publicly wanted to achieve for this franchise. Okay, whatever, you just want to see what he can do with all this talent. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, because our talent was lacking the past couple years, and maybe they thought Gus could right the ship. He hasn't, we were embarrassed for two straight weeks, and he should've been fired a week ago after that poor display of "football" in San Diego. Now? We're going to let the fans suffer for an entire year AGAIN before we promise a better "next year". Sitting at 0-3, nothing has changed, when does Khan step up and say/do something?
I think you're right about khan's lack of experience hurting him, but I think he truly wants to build a winner and is willing to do what it takes. He doesn't know what he doesn't know at this point. Hopefully they can be successful somewhere along the line, because his experience of having one of the NFLs all time worst teams over a span of a few years (it really has come to that) and turning that into a perennial winner would make for a legendary story. Khan seems to be that kind of guy though. His story is already legendary, and I think he wants to turn this dumpster fire of a team into a winner to prove that he's THE man.
Khan's at a crossroads with the whole gus thing right now. No one expected this. Not you, me, khan, Caldwell, gus, no one. Either gus pulls a 96 jaguars and brings this team all the way back or he's gone. If we don't win the division, even if gus churns out 8-8 somehow, he's gone. If not I'll start to question the owner.
Have you ever bough a product, used it maybe twice, and it broke because it was made cheaply in China or Mexico.... This team is like a cheap foreign product. It might do the job once or twice.. but half way before the warranty has run out, you're watching it fall apart and you can't remember where you put the receipt. This is what happens when you buy foreign garbage.. and from what I've seen over the last 3 weeks.. the foreigner in charge's dumpster has been on fire and he doesn't care to put it out... I guarantee a real American like Jerry Jones would have let Bradley go Monday morning... It's not hate.. it's foreign frustration... and if you shop at Lowes.. you know where I'm coming from.

Have you ever attempted to get an a/c guy to come out to your home (or trailer for you) in Jacksonville in mid-summer to repair your a/c? These guys work around the clock fixing our domestically made a/c's

There are too many losses every year for the blame to NOT fall squarely on the owners shoulders.
There are other teams who we as bad as we have been that have completely turned things around.

I day this because we realistically had no chance to compete then. So expectations for me were very low.
Now we are stocked with talent that is underachieving.
