I thought you were referring to the infamous LF hand wave drive that we also ran like a dozen times in. Regardless, I can't agree that that style is so beautiful when it usually means losing.

Yeah im not talking about winning or losing. Just the style
I think it's more likely to be a case of players under-performing, rather than problems with the scheme.

But that doesn't mean OL-whisperer Marrone and his team shouldn't be thinking of tweaks which might improve things - because like it or not, we're probably keeping most of the current O-line.

Gruden introducing a quick-passing offense might reduce the pressure on them, although it increases the pressure on Minshew.

And as has already been mentioned, a fullback might be part of that. Fournette scored a lot more touchdowns when he had Tommy B at fullback.

I’m still baffled as to why we let Bohanon go. He was available all season.
Put Norwell back on the steroid regime which got him his fat contract.

Tom Coughlin is allergic to paying fullbacks.
It comes down to building your offense around the pieces you have. Building your team around your offense can take a lot longer.
Interesting tid-bit about the run game under Gruden from Marrone:

Marrone said Wednesday, his final day at the 2020 Reese's Senior Bowl in Mobile. "It's like anything else: Trying to keep people off-balance as a key. Being able to attack defenses, with different schemes in the run game … Jay has shown and proven that he's done all of that."
