We have to win 3 in a row just to get even, and then win after that. Season is over lol, what a bunch of [BLEEP]. I cannot believe that I waited 8 months for this, all the hype and new talent that we brought in, and its over in 3 weeks.

Yep, 0-3...we can't even get to .500 before October 23rd.  What a shame.

A win yesterday would have been huge too. The Clots are gettable, especially in London. We would have been right in the mix for the division.

To add to that, I don't think I was even mad or upset after the loss either. Guess I'm a jaded Jag fan.

Yup ever since the draft and free agency i couldn't wait and took forever and its over in week 3 lol.

We have never run the ball effectively under the Gus regime.  David Caldwell is to blame for the pedestrian offensive line.  The scheme doesn't match the abilities of our offensive line.

Week 3?  Who are we kidding?  I think the majority of us knew it was over in Week 2.

 

I struggled to even enjoy yesterday's game.  Even when we managed to go up by one point, it was just such a certainty that we were going to lose.

 

There was literally not a single moment in the game when I felt "We just might win this!" and it started with the opening kickoff being muffed... My wife and I both just burst out laughing, she gave me the sympathetic "I'm sorry..." and went off to do something else (mostly listen to her Browns lose lol).

 

Sunday was 60 minutes of waiting for that "And there it is" moment when we lose the game.

 

There's nothing Gus can say at this point.  He's 0-3 so far this year.  He's the 2nd worst head coach OF ALL TIME and the worst of the modern era by far.

 

These are not numbers that are lost on the players either... they know who's at the helm, and eventually the rah rah message just falls flat.  Anyone who watched the Jags offense early in the game yesterday could see it.  They came out sluggish and appeared completely uninterested in being there.  Even ARob's body language looked like a guy who was just going through the motions for a while there.

 

What's left to say at this point?  The only conference anyone wants to hear is Dave Caldwell announcing that Gus Bradley has been let go, and that (likely) Marrone is taking over as the interim head coach.

 

The longer they wait, the worse it's going to be on the fans.

 

Even if we continue to be a trainwreck into a dumpster fire the rest of the way, it will feel somehow a softer blow with an interim coach at the help, because that signifies change coming.
