When Gus is eventually fired, I think one of his biggest crimes will have been his failure to develop the talent we have on this roster.
With the possible exception of Allen Hurns, have we seen any real improvement from our influx of highly-drafted players? Watching last season, you might have said Blake Bortles, but not now.
He's also wasted some very talented free agency signings.
How much longer can we afford to sit back and watch this talent rot?

Until they leave and do better elsewhere.
The only good thing is that all of our young guys are under contract one more year (2 for Bortles) so they'll get a year of development with the new staff before they have to decide to stay or leave.
Jerry Sullivan is the guy on the staff to congratulate. The WRs are the strength of the team.

So, the youth that we've drafted or acquired via free agency, they suck also.
