His athletic traits and bend are off the charts he had power 5 offers before even playing varsity football. He’s only 20 years old and only played 2 years of college ball due to an acl injury or else he’d easily be a top 10 pick. Don’t let those sack stats fool you he wasn’t used to rush the passer on every down like most edge rushers but when he was he routinely beat his opponent even if it didn’t end in a sack. People constantly comparing him to Aldon  smith and von Miller. Then add in his great character and leadership him a josh Allen are gonna wreak havoc for the next 10 years. He’s more explosive and plays the run much better than yan. Getting laviska in the second makes taking him over Jefferson a slam dunk. Now at pick 9 I wanted Wirfs to play LT and kick cam to RG that could of made our oline a strength

I guess at the end of the day that's my only complaint. Wirfs >> Henderson. If only there were on more 1st round pick.

Aka if only we actually traded yan to the raiders. Another note on Chaisson a lot of people will say “well he only had 6.5 sacks” they don’t look at his 60 tackles he had in 13 games last year that attests to his versatility and how he played different positions all over and made plays. Pass rushing DE don’t get 60 tackles in 13 games if you watch allot of his tape you see him in coverage A LOT
Headscratchers for me:

Standing pat for all 12 picks was unexpected. I figured that gave us plenty of ammo to be mobile and get the players they wanted in appropriate positions. And dang if practically every pick, the guy I thought would be a great fit goes one or two picks before our clock began. grrr

Not using a single pick on an RB was surprising, although by the time we got to day 3, pickings were awful slim. The worst thing about that is that you have two big consequences from that neglect: First, Len has a lot more leverage in holding the team hostage with requests to trade, sit out, etc. and next year, since he certainly won't be back, we are now desperate to replace him. This may lead to overpaying an FA or overdrafting a player at the position. Depth is important!

Not moving either of our malcontents was disappointing, but really, if you were a GM, do you want either of these guys on your roster? I figured by day 3 we may have shipped Yann for a pair of late picks this year and next, just to be rid of the headache.
