Who’s Case Keenan
He sucks so bad that i got his last name wrong --- Keenum
Started 8 games for the Redskins last year going 1-7.

I think we'll run him into the ground as he goes into free agency. If i were him, I'd fake an injury in week 2 then come back in week 10 and finish healthy and strong.
How about this for an idea?
Stop the run. Get the ball back to the offense faster. Don't make him play from behind. Don't make him carry the team.
In other words, we can help Minshew by playing better defense.

Considering we have 4 QBs, none of which make over $1 million, we should be relying on other avenues for victories. Stopping the run on a low budget (departures of Darius and Campbell) is probably a reach this year as well.
The pandemic may be our only hope this year.
Help him by trading him to a contender that needs a qb and see if he is any good or Jaguar fans are delusional.
You don't need superstars to stop the run. Stick to your assignment and tackle.
Let the offense have better field advantage. And take advantage of turnovers.
Get the new guys involved in the offense. Eifort, shenault, collins.
Taking things a bit further, should we be taking a leaf out of the Washington State playbook and introducing more of the air raid offense that worked for Minshew there? (More receivers on the field, more passing, more no huddle etc)
The addition of Shenault would definitely help with this and so (hopefully) would a fit Chris Thompson.
It probably means less reliance on Fournette too, but is it a step too far?
Oh one other thing
Can we find a proper kick and punt returner? Walker felt like a fumble waiting to happen.

That's and awful list imo. I'll edit with mine.
1.-Lamar Jackson
2.-Baker Mayfield - I know, I know, but still, I trust Mayfield. He also has more talent around him than any other. I saw this stat that it said 11 of his ints were not his fault. Anyway, yes, he regressed but I believe he will bounce back.
3.-Kyler Murray - above Minshew only because he has a better supporting cast.
4.-Daniel Jones - I'd say he played pretty well for a rookie. Barkley is a great back, has good WR's and a better O-line.
5.-Josh Allen - I like him but I am not sure he will ever be a great passer. All of the above have more potential as passers imo. I think he will improve but not much.
6.-Gardner Minshew - He'd be 3rd or 4th if we had a better O-line
7.-Tua Tagovailoa - A lot of talent but don't trust him to stay healthy
8.-Joe Burrow
9.-Sam Darnold
10.-Drew Lock - A lot of talent around him and he was decent in his 5 games
I don't know how he can put Darnold so high when he hasn't shown much and doesn't have a lot of talent around him.
He has Stidham kinda high just because BB likes him, dude has 4 atts.

They drafted a return specialist late and signed 2 more undrafted rookie return guys.
Get a tight end that won’t get hurt every single game, draw up more quick passes to backs and slot guys, play from shotgun more on obvious passing downs, effectively run the ball like we did in 2017

It would be insane what Minshew would accomplish on a roster like Dallas, imo.
Back to the original question, I think Jay Gruden’s offense has potential to be great for Minshew. It’s A west coast style offense and that really keys in on a lot of Minshew’s strengths as a passer and even as a scrambler. Not trying to aim too high but Steve Young anyone? Similar playing styles.
I also think BM as the QB coach can go a long way. He gets a bad rap because he was a bad head coach but he was a good position coach and OC. I think a lot of Minshew’s perceived lack of arm strength came under duress(real or perceived by him) in the pocket and he didn’t use good mechanics. When he is mechanically sound, his arm strength is good.
I think Tyler E will be an amazing upgrade, IF healthy.

Eifert played in all 16 games and had 400 yards and 3 TDs.
I’m not expecting a lot from him.
Do we know what offense Minshew worked out of in East Carolina? It seems his stats skyrocketed once he went to Washington State.
And yes he was quite raw and i realize he played less games and probably had better teammates, but the quality he was playing against was less also.
I'm assuming we are excluding all Tonya Harding-esque or related methods....

If it means the Jags have a winning season, I'll take whatever's offered at this stage
