I don't drink (It makes me feel ill, no idea why but eh). I really really wish I did for Sunday.

Send them a message. Dont watch the game next sunday.

Wembley prices are standard I promise you that.

Honestly mate do what you want just don't pretend your protest means [BAD WORD REMOVED] all to anyone except you

It's different for you guys. One game a year. A novelty,if you will. Enjoy it.

I'm sure you do understand the hope and hype that happens yearly here. Only to end up with top five draft picks. For years.

It has gotten real old.

Fair point, but unfortunately, Ive been invested in this team for a long time. Only recently, has it all started draining on me.
Quote:Good for you, glad you will get drunk no matter the cost. Thats why the rich stay rich and you....get angry over a team that lives on another continent than you. Seriously, enjoy the game.

PS, love England, been many times.

Blame the man brah. I get angry because I care. I dont think that changes wherever I live.

I guess we just have a different concept of loyalty in the UK.

For guys that feel so passionately about everything which tbh is one of the best things about you, your willingness to turn your back on your team bewilders and sickens me.

Enjoy our pretty lakes and majestik moose
I'm normally not into the whole fan empowerment, 12th man garbage, but I would be happy if no one showed up to the next home game. That's the only way a real message would be received by Khan. Not buying merchandise will not provide an immediate message.

Quote:Pretty sad that the season is over already just like that...

Yea i know. Crazy.

Enjoy the match and experience as I'm sure you will, just as I enjoy the experience of English Football when I visit. Very passionate, much more passionate than americans in sports. I really do appreciate England, the country, the weather, the people and their passion for sports.

With my age and awareness, Ive learned to be more passionate on things that actually affect my life. Sports is a hobby for me, and most americans. In Europe, much different, its a way of life.

Fair play on that response mate.

But to care this much at a cost of about 5 hours a Sunday I wouldn't change a thing
Quote:No we didnt. We told you all offseason this was going to happen.
Agreed. The high draft picks we acquired are only rookies... and that includes Fowler. Even good rookies are seldom that good their first season. So no; not everyone bought into the ridiculous media hype about the Jags being potential play off contenders this season.

As a fan base, we are so desperate for any hope that if someone, anyone, throws us a hook we'll bite it... and too many of us did...hook, line and sinker. Then when we are slapped in the face with early season loss after loss we become angry because the team isn't living up to our overblown expectations. Well... not to worry; if the team fails to reach at least 8-8 it is reasonable to expect that Shad will most likely fire Gus. Firing Gus before the end of the season however is almost a guarantee that we will have another bad season as interim coaches seldom do well.

So there it is; no likes losing and we're all sick and tired of watching the same old losing performance from our team week after week. We either reach 8-8 or it's time to move on from Gus. In the mean time, we have our best chance to win our first game of the season in London against the colts. If we lose in London... it doesn't bode well for the rest of the season. If Shad were inclined to fire Gus before the end of the season, an 0-4 start into the bye week would probably be the impetus to cause it.

C'mon Jags!

I love the Jags too much to just enjoy the experience though. I enjoyed going and watching the Vikings play the Rams or whatever but it's just another Jags game for me. It's great being at the game but it's just as tough to watch.
We could just go to EverBank and scream fire Gus over and over.

For most of these comments projecting to protest, here's my opinion. Go Away. Burn yourJaguar jerseys, sell/throw away ALL Jaguar Memorabilia. Select another NFL team and NEVER post on this website again.

Get To Stepping. I understand the frustration but either you support the team or you "Keep It Moving"...

NH3...
This is all part of being a Jaguars fan.

You say you won't watch - but it's an addiction.

I remember the very first time I said "I AM DONE WITH THIS TEAM", and I remember the the 2nd time, and the 3rd...

I understand very much everyone being upset. you want your team to win.  I would like to make a few points here though about this posts.  please note i myself wouldn't do this at all.

if you really wanted to protests a jags game you would go to a division game, and cheer for the division oppenent. I'm just saying, again i wouldn't do that.

now here is another point if fans stopped going to all the jags games  the team would move out of Jacksonville due to lack of support.

For my last point we always want our team to win,we always support the team even if we think or know they are going to lose.

Just because a person tells the truth about thier own team doesn't make them less of a fan, they are just being honest. A fan goes, and watches the game as he/she cheers them on even if he/she thinks team will lose. we go  to sports bar every sunday to watch the game. Do i belieave this is a winning team no. do i think jags will win more then 2 games no. Will i go to sports bar,and support the team every sunday except for next week yes. I won't go next week cause il lbe with the church. Church is always more imporent then football. if jags were 3-0 i would still miss the game next week with it being in London. Just pointign out church means more to me then football.
Quote:Its the perfect match to give the NFL the bird. Screw them, screw their London game, screw their coach, screw their players. They dont care about us, why do they get away with what they do every year? Because they know the fans will still pay for it. They can add in all the rules and regulations they want, because they know you will pay for it.

Send Shad a message. Protest his London match.

I'm as upset as the next guy, but man you sound like a whiny [BLEEP].
Khan and Dave can't be happy with this. There's no way he's the coach if we lose in London... Right?
I think a change has to be made this week. I wouldn't wait until after London.

It's like we already know we're gonna lose to Indy.
Quote:Hope you enjoy the game, enjoy 10 dollars a beer, enjoy 5 hours of your Sunday on a team thats 90 percent going to lose. Atleast in soccer (football, which I love) atleast its only 2 hours of my day with no stoppages in time other than halftime.

Truly, enjoy the experience, thats what NFL games are, no passion though, much different. I hope you enjoy. For the first time in almost 20 years, I wont be watching. But hey, you paid for it, plus you live in England, so enjoy.

Beers were $8 today. I spent like $16 on water though. Freaking stadium prices.
