I don't see the problem.
If you're doing mail in, leave extra time, and the supervisor should tell you if everything looks good well in advance.

There are no accusations of fraud in this case, but of an overwhelmed and poorly planned system. These ballots were disqualified, not incorrectly tabulated.

I like how you say throwing out votes isn't "incorrectly tabulated." Those votes should've counted by golly. They need to get the chad crew back together and start determining the intent of the vote caster!

This is what I'm talking about. It doesn't have to be fraud. Incompetence is just as likely to cause a problem.
It's going to be Miami-Dade county on a nationwide basis.

This wasn't fraud. It was voters unable to follow instructions.

Hmmmm, a Democrat board develops a ballot that Democrats can't figure out how to use and turn that incompetency into a reason to contest an election that they lost.
