Dems get Green Party kicked off ballot after pressuring petition-signers; ‘voter suppression’ alleged

'The Green Party denounces any effort to harass,' spokesman says

State Democrats succeeded in kicking the Green Party off the ballot in Montana this week, with the Montana Supreme Court ruling that they must be dropped.

I love that they just assume they'll vote for anyone with a D next to their name now.
I know politics on both sides of the isle can be ugly but this is terrible. Repeatedly calling and harassing citizens, sending a notary to people's private residence. This is disgusting.
If they wanna get all the 3rd party candidates kicked off the ballot, fine by me. I'll just skip the election. No amount of pressure is going to force me to vote Democrat or Republican. Both choices are crap!

Suppressing choices in this manner should not be 'fine' by anyone in a real Democracy.

It's not so much, "fine", as it is accepting facts that I can't change. The system is rigged to be for only two-parties. They have all the power, no matter how much of a failure the system is. It's just that way and it always will be. With that said, I will not be bullied into voting for either one of the terrible choices I am given. Give me a candidate who isn't a senile old creep and I'll vote, but right now that's what we have. It's senile old creep #1 vs. senile old creep #2. That's not really a choice at all.

Demand new election rules and procedures, and there will be room for more parties. At least, it will be easier for a fresh new party to replace one of the cancerous old ones.

You are obviously free to dislike Trump for a lot of reasons, but he isn't senile.

A new party is already being created. At some point, the socialist branch will split from the Democrats allowing moderate Dems to get back to "normal"
And all we'll hear about from the left this election is voter suppression....

You are so blinded by your own political affiliations that you can't see the obvious.

Yes, the obvious is that Trump is in a state of early onset dementia while Joe Biden has a stuttering problem, right?

Biden is in extreme mental decline as well, as I've said over and over, but that doesn't take away from Trump's own mental feebleness. That's my point. There are no good options. We're stuck with two elderly men in what appears to be, early stages of dementia. How did we get here and how is this our only two choices? Have Americans become so blind to this two party system that they didn't see this was going to end badly, no matter which one of these fools wins the election?

So? What's your point? It just proves we have a feeble minded president who can successfully solve the questions written on the back of a children's cereal box. I expect more than that from a sitting president....... or a waiter at Denny's for that matter.
