He shouldn't even be at a presser. Should be on his way home to go job hunting.

If it looks like a dog and barks like a dog...

Then it's a clown?
Seriously...can we check Gus brain please ? This guy is amazingly stupid.

The players love Gus, they can slack off and casually play how they want. No fear of getting benched, yelled at, or called out. They simply don't have to play hard in Jacksonville.

Quote:I think he does. Replacing the coach during the week before an overseas game, which is a huge distraction by itself, is just begging for the slaughter. When they hand out everyone's tickets to London, they just need to make sure that Gus' is one-way. Problem solved.

They're losing in London either way. Might as well get a jump on the transition to an interim coach. Bradley has clearly run out of answers, and more importantly, cliches.
You drill it in the players, don't take sacks, throw it out of bounds, you don't block in the back, you don't put hands in the face, you don't use leverage on kicks, you walk away after the whistle, you get off the field before they snap, you know your assignments, blah, blah, blah..............................IN OTHER WORDS               COACH!

Yup. We should be moving on already. If at this point it's not obvious that Badley is not the man then we're doomed with the guys at the top in charge.

Does anyone really care what this guy has to say? I mean really?
Quote:Is this not revealing enough or what? They don't know what they are doing wrong?  They want things to "click"?  Sure, simple, find a guy that can actually help to solve the problems you are currently facing.  This quote should be engraved in stone and shipped to Khan.

That's the coaches job genius. We don't have a coach. We have a cheerleader from Bayside High. If anything, the Jags have wasted their high draft picks talent with inept coaching

Clap your hands and smile.

Agreed.  They will promote someone from within, no major changes anywhere else.  What is the worst that can happen?  We face a lot of adversity again?

This team is too undisciplined, unorganized, unmotivated, uninspired and unprofessional. Simply put, not coached well.

Move on. Hop on the bus Gus.

This is an insult to Kelly Kapowski and the rest of the Tiger Cheer leading squad.

Didn't listen to it, didn't watch it, I'm over his rah rah conferences.

I was over it after that Redskins game in 2014, and I was REALLY over it after the Tampa Bay game last year.

I don't even like his voice, he even sounds like an idiot.
Why don't NFL coaches resign? Being from across the pond we see soccer coaches resigning when they're out of ideas and keep losing but it doesn't seem to happen in the NFL. It saves face and gives the guy a bit of dignity to walk away with.

Man up, admit you can't do the job and go back to being a DC somewhere.

They feel like they're letting the team down and quitting on them. More importantly, he doesn't want his players to quit, so it'd look bad if he quit. In reality, he should quit because he's hurting the franchise. He doesn't know that though.

I'm pretty sure it's contract related. If they're fired, they retain their salary throughout the contract terms, even if they get another job (with salary partially split). If they resign, they don't get paid. That's the way I understand it.

Could he take Johnny O with him?
