I am a 51 year old man up at 1:30 Am spewing a string of expletives in my mind right now, because Denver was nursing a 1 point lead at home, had the ball and field position with just over four minutes left.
They had one possession that took all of :51 seconds off the clock, and another one right after that about the same-two passes and a short run.
Then tht tacks go pretty much the length of the field, getting all the way down to the Broncos 16 to kcik the GW FG wth a mere seconds left in the game. Denver all all three times out.
Does any Broncos coach even think to use one of those threee TO;s. in the event the tacks score??!?
Of course not!
If Denver runs the ball one more time each ine one of those last two possession, at least another minute comes off the clock-at least in theoary anyway because the first of those two 4th quarter drives, Drew Lock called for the ball with ten seconds remaining on the play clock!
AAARRRGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
This week: 2-1
Overall: 2-1
I HATE the tacks!!!!!!
Dammit!!!

Great job, though Denver's brain dead clock management lost the game.

Sheww yeah denver choked on their time management. Vrabel looked stunned watching em sit on ALL 3 TIMEOUTS that final drive.
Jags have a good shot next week, especially if minshew is as sharp as he was week 1. Henry hasnt "gotten his legs yet" and our kicking nightmare continues from last season.
Should be interesting
3-0 this week.

It looked like Gostowski hasn't gotten his leg yet either. But he made the one that really mattered.

Chiefs 34 tinhorns 24: The defending champs open strong, the hangover may come soon, but not this week.
indynoplace 21 Jags 19: The big questions - Will Rivers have command of the offense, with no preseason? How will the new faces in Jax handle the spotlight? How does the run game look without Fournette? Close, but no cigar for the Jags.
tacks 17 Den 14: Losing Miller just before the season starts takes the wind out of Denver's sails. tacks steal a game they should lose, but that's what ugly football gets you once in a while.
2-1, and happy to take the L this week. Bullseye, you should have read my prediction, could have saved you some bitterness last night.
2-1, shoulda went with my teal heart and picked the Jags
