Lol, what a bunch of maroons. The left (meaning the MSM) will have fun with that, and they should. This is what happens when people who have never served try to quantify the military. 

If I were in charge of PR and promotions I would make damn sure any graphics or text alluding to the military is passed by someone with military experience before it's released. They see cool looking stock photos online and it all looks the same to the untrained eye.

It's instantly clear those are MiG jets in the photo. It was such an easy mistake to avoid.

Btw, if you want to see what a MiG-29 (a gorgeous aircraft) can do, here is a cockpit view of a Polish Air Force pilot flying one in an airshow. One of my favorite parts is at the 3:51 mark when he puts it into a straight up stall and then noses it over. Very cool video.

The SU-27 Flanker is probably the best Russian fighter ever made. It may be old but it was made to counter the F-15 which I still consider the best fighter of all time.
