Didn’t see this mentioned yet but he played fantastic last week. Maybe he’s finally living up to his contract?

I actually liked that as well.
Seems to have been positive grades across the board in pass blocking too:

Wow. Did not expect that!

Hopefully we keeping going this week.
Kept telling everyone our Oline is just fine.
Titans D-Line is pretty solid. Lets keep it up this sunday!
I was ready for Carolina to take him back but he can stay for now.
If the line remains a consistent top performer this year, the sky is the limit. If you give Minshew the time, he can deliver. Same with the run game. Season is looking up, hope we can pull off a W this Sunday.
Norwell will be very tested this week against Jeffrey Simmons. That dude is a beast.

This is nice. Was Norwell nursing an injury last year? Watching him getting pushed backwards into Minshew on a couple of occasions really made me doubt his value.
I don't think he's ever been as bad as people want to say.

It's just that when he does seem to make a mistake, it is such a glaring error.  And some of those, it could easily be a mistake in blocking assignments by the guy next to him.

Now that you mention it, I believe he was. I forgot all about that.
It doesn't hurt having a RB that doesn't drag his feet and hesitate before hitting the holes.

+1
I was reading something a few days ago that suggested Cam Robinson’s injury was a major factor last year and Norwell was trying to compensate. Maybe a finally healthy Robinson means the real Andrew Norwell can stand up. Also, as others have said, having a RB that has eyes certainly helps.
Norwell isn't nearly as bad as Jags fans would have you think. He is an extremely solid guard who is a lot better than he gets credit for.

It also doesn't hurt to have an offense designed to get the ball out quick and in the playmakers hands

His two or three bad snaps a game end up in catastrophe, and that becomes his reputation.

It's his contract that makes fans lose their minds over the bad plays. He was given a monster contract and so fans expect perfection
