I think different coaching fixes all this.

It looks like he overthinks the passes when he has a lot of time in the pocket and his motion goes bad. When he's passing on the run or with guys in his face he doesn't have time to overthink the pass and it looks good.

Dude I heard knee injury. Knee injury on a RB usually means doom. Plus whiskey hurts the brain didn't you know?

There should be more designed roll outs for Bortles, commentators right when they say he's much better doing them.
