No and no.
1 is already in Federal law, so I find it to be a useless amendment.
2 could cause some people's wages to go up, but it will cause their EITC benefits to go down.  Overall, it will cause Floridians to pay more federal income taxes while getting less federal benefits. I think minimum wages should be set at the federal level only.

I will be voting no on every amendment. Amendment 1 is about changing the language of the current rule but redundant. Amendment 2, well simply put I'm generally against minimum wages period. But furthermore there is a lot of proof that raising minimum wages tend to do more bad than good for the citizens (for reasons you cite) and bad for small companies and really only benefit big companies like Wal Mart. Florida's minimum wage is already higher than the federal min wage. Amendment 3, getting rid of closed primaries, not into it, you don't like the way your demographics shape your local elections, move. Amendment 4 is asinine to me. A law passes but should have to pass a 2nd time? They already changed it in 2006 to require a supermajority to pass.
Amendments 5 and 6 are legislative amendments, which I'm pretty much always against.

That's only one part of the problem.
The second part is you could be in a county where the Republican party is so strong Democrats don't run, but your state senate or state house district could be so favorable to Democrats that Republicans don't run. Remember, state senate and state house districts often cross county lines.
The third part, probably the biggest part, is legislators need to compromise with other legislators.  Closed primaries are the main thing preventing that lately.

I agree that Amendment 4 is asinine.  It's almost like they are taking additional measures to prevent sports gambling and legalized marijuana in Florida.
I am confident that voting the opposite of what Mike says is the right choice.
