Mike Shanahan... Yay or nay?

My dream scenario is hiring Kyle Shanahan away from ATL, he'd likely put his dad on the staff, that could possible makeup for Kyle's lack of experience as a head coach
Once Marvin Lewis is fired, we should get him.
He builds a good staff (Zimmer Hue Jackson and Gruden) and he would add stability to this team.
In no order:
Gruden - Free Agent
Josh McDaniels - NE OC
Matt Patricia - NE DC
Mike Smith - TB DC
Jim Harbaugh - HC Michigan
Dave Shaw - Stanford HC
Kevin Sumlin - Texas A&M HC
Jim Mora - UCLA HC
Lane Kiffin - Alabama OC
I would take any of the above over what we have now. I would prefer Josh Mcdaniels at the top of the list, Jim Harbaugh, and then Lane Kiffin.
Any other suggestions or favorite? The Jaguars need and experienced NFL head coach. A coach that has done it before and wants to get a second chance. Like Del Rio and what he is doing with the raiders.
We have talent, the team needs coaching! They need direction. They need urgency.
There are several "no's" and a few "hell no's" on that list.
Any coach off the Hoodie tree, Smith, Mora and Sumlin are all on the no list for me.
Kiffin and Gruden are on the hell no list.
I'm not as big on Shaw as some seem to be either but out of that list I probably like him the most.
Hue Jackson is on my wish list. It would take the Browns being dumb enough to fire him though.
Harbaugh is not going anywhere. He's not leaving Michigan anytime soon.
Coughlin for a few years interests me a little. If Marvin Lewis is let go he would have to be considered hard.
Gruden ain't leaving the booth.
We don't need another learn-on-the-job 1st time head coach.
Mike Smith or Tom Coughlin for me.
