A common misconception.
The NFL player isn't much different than the CFL player. They mature at the same rate as other males. Not much difference in a 20 year old and a 27 year old. And that's being generous, playing in the NFL enables you to be 24 until you're around 35. I promise.
All that talk of, "Well you're dealing with a GROWN *** MAN" in the NFL is just talk perpetrated by the players.

Good article. If Urban can execute this it will be fun watching the games. Your talking lots of time and pushback to change a culture though. Its going to be an interesting ride. I had to laugh when i saw this quote, "
