I would venture to say, if it's a company who operates on cash only, with a constant track history of large cash deposits and or withdrawals, no questions would be asked unless an unusually large deposit or withdrawal happens, or they switch banks and have to establish a history of cash only business ,
I withdraw $22,000 each quarter from my account. I've been doing it for years. Never had to complete a single form. Explain that.

I wonder if Obama had to fill out a form to withdraw 500 million from the taxpayers.

Are these cash withdrawals?
Quote:This is total bovine excrement. I've never had to fill out any forms or answer any questions when I've withdrawn large sums of money. Money in, money out. No questions asked.

So I would say that what you posted is complete horse hockey.

Seriously, do you really think our economic system could operate at all if banks made people fill out forms every time they wanted to deposit or withdraw $10,000? Seriously?

If you withdrew ten k or more and they didn't fill out a form then that teller is breaking the law and bank policy. I used to work as a bank teller. A lot of times we didn't tell you we're filling out the form we just did. Now if we didn't have all relevant information then yeah we had to let on we were because you would wonder why we were asking questions.
