Who are we taking? Or do we trade out like the tacks did last year?
Myles Garrett. The perfect LOTTO.

Myles Garrett for sure.

Lamar Jackson, the next Michael vick
We will not have the 1st overall pick.
We won't have the #1 pick, but Leonard Fournette would be someone I'd consider taking in the first round at this point. The Jaguars were renown for having a dominant running game and it's time to get back to that.

I'm also sick of picking pass rushers. It's not working out very well and it hasn't, so it's time to take a look at taking an established one off of someone else.

We will have a high pick and Coughlin will be able to provide his input to Caldwell.

Not sure what Fournette is going to do with this offensive line unless they significantly improve. Don't think Barry Sanders could have done anything with this mess.

I really hope this is the last season we have to hear about Otto and Lottos.

With that said, it would be hard not to take Garrett regardless of the scheme. Slide Fowler over to the left side and Garrett rush from the blindside.
If we did have the 1st overall pick, I'd consider a new QB then.  No way should Bortles struggle with that much offensive talent around him.

He has no time to throw and no running game. Ivory will help, but joeckel is a glaring hole.

Every o-line has a weak link that isn't Dallas. Those excuses are over. We have two 1,000 yard receivers. No QB should be that bad who gets you the #1 pick unless he's a rookie.

I don't think it's time to give up on Bortles yet, but he definitely looks like he has regressed so far from last year.

Like haveaseat said, every team has some weaknesses.  If we get the 1st pick playing in the weakest division, some of the blame definitely goes to Bortles.  It'd probably be best to draft Myles Garret or trade down like the Titans or Browns though.
If we have the first overall pick I would love to trade it to Tennessee for their first 2 round picks which will likely both be in the top 10. I would then draft Leonard Fournette and a choice between Derek Barnett DE or Jabrill Peppers LB/S. In the 2nd round I would draft Pat Elflein G/C. Dream Team.. and of course with a new head coach.

I just believe this offense would be unstoppable with someone like Fournette in the backfield. He has all the makings of being an Adrian Peterson-type guy.

I think we can fix the offensive line in the later rounds.

I also feel he's way too good to let him potentially slip into a division rival's hands and I'm afraid of Indianapolis managing to land him.

I'd be all for him for sure as long as they can make the O Line somewhat decent. It'd be nice to have a dominant running game again especially with the WR's and TE's we have already.
We will never have the 1st pick in the 2017 class.  If we did, I'm torn between Garrett and Barnett.  Garrett is an absolute beast, has more upside, and is a better fit.  However, Garrett has paled in comparison in production against SEC competition.  Garrett also has a huge tendency to push so far upfield that he runs himself out of the play.  His gap assignment is atrocious.  He could get better though with coaching.

Fournette.
Trade down a few and take McCafferey, I think he will have a Mashall Faulk type career
