Just because President Trump is in a picture with him, just like many, many people. Doesn't mean the President went to pervert island and abused little girls.

He was friendly with him. Trump was friendly with a lot of people because that's how he made his business easier. He also cut him off after hearing some thing from staff at one of his properties. Supposedly he was banned from his properties and Trump cut any ties.
