The national media is all over this, in a negative way, but it seems pretty smart to me.  If he can learn some WR skills, that gives the team a lot of flexibility when he's on the field.

Imagine a lineup with 3 WRs and 1 RB.  That RB can run a 4.4 40.  Now that RB goes in motion and lines up as a WR.  Who's covering him?

I honestly think the goal is either a 21 or 20 line up, with ETN able to be anywhere. It allows for most formation diversity, more motion options, and the ability to run, pass, trick play, etc without giving anything away. And it may not even matter if the TE in the 21 is a blocking TE.
