Good for him!

They should put him in charge of wide receiver evaluations. Maybe linebackers. He should stay away from evaluating offensive line, and should be chained to the basement radiator when they start looking at quarterbacks.

Also, let him use his jedi mind trick whenever they want to trade a player that's just not that good. I mean he got a 6th round pick for Blaine Gabbert.

Caldwell should be an asset to the eagles in that role. Good hire.
