They don't have the votes to eliminate the filibuster, thus not packing the court. They are actually running out of time before the 2022 bloodbath occurs in the midterms.

Just for clarity's sake, the report does not say they are going to censor text messages, it says they are going to counter the misinformation that is spread by social media and text message. There's a pretty significant difference between those two actions, but please, do carry on with the hyperventilating and bloviated masculine posturing.

They will do what facebook does and not allow you to send a link they don't agree with. Who decides what is true?

I'd rather die of COVID, something I may never get, than the vaccine for it.

And with a family history of heart problems including inflammation, it doesn't make sense for people like me to get it.

I had a customer who's ex husband  got the vaccine and died the next day from a aneurysm. Yeah, not getting the jab.

That is an assumption not substantiated by what is said in the report, there is nothing in there that says they will do anything to your individual text message. But man does TuCA get you riled up over it and drive those ratings.

The main concern should be how would they know what "misinformation" is being spread via text message?

Yes, and I stubbed my toe after I ate eggs this morning. No more eggs for me, my toes are too important.

Lot's of things, but back to the point, there's still nothing in that article that says they are "going to censor your text messages", but it's inflammatory nature certainly gets the viewership all mad. And 'Big Tech"? Another bogeyman for the Right to caterwaul about.

Not a lawyer, but I don't know how this could legally be done, as this typically requires a court order or subpoena in order to view someone's cell phone records. On the other hand, this could be part of the strategy behind declaring everyone a "white supremist" that isn't in lockstep with the left.
