The vaccine is now FDA approved and there has been an increase in vaccination rates with one million being administered a day for the last three days.

This was posted in the other COVID thread but I think it’s worthy of posting here. 

It also begs the question concerning the viral load in the backs of throats for  those who have been vaccinated. Does this occur every time a vaccinated person is exposed, or just once? How often does a vaccinated, or a person with exposure antibodies, load up on the virus while remaining asymptomatic?

I thought it meant when a breakthrough case occurs, not in every instance of exposure. We need an ELI5 of this ELI5.
