Correct me if I am wrong, but he should be suing his parents, as they would have been the ones to sign the deal with the band/label?

I'll give his attorney (assuming he has one) credit, it's a quick check to take the case and file some papers.

Old saying in the legal field when suing someone....... Follow the money........
Ferret&Ferret strikes again.
I bet some abulance chaser put him up to this.
That dude has done interviews throughout the years talking about how great it was to be that baby, that it even got him laid. He also did an anniversary release pic of him reenacting the pool pic scene, in swim trunks as an adult of course. I’m not sure how you can claim damages or that it ruined your life after all that.

This is why lawyers have to develop a thick skin. A good percentage of those in their profession are nothing more than lowlife opportunists.

Then again, as the Bob Marley quote that rollerjag had as his signature says: "If something can corrupt you, you're corrupted already."

Something tells me Spencer Eldon is not a person of the most admirable character.

Sue both.  I'm sure it's illegal to benefit from child pornography even though you have consent (via a form of an agreement) from the parents.

Why stop there? Sue the FCC for allowing the music on the album to be played nationally. Man, there are some people on here I don’t want to completely disagree with, but they make me want to.  Love ya, brotha…
