When did we start caring more about dogs than people? There's already plenty to be angry about.

The link provided doesn’t mention U.S. military working dogs. You know, a link you didn’t provide.

I am relieved to say that the Pentagon has debunked the notion that there were any military animals left behind. The animals at the airport were under the care of the Kubul Small Animal Rescue Organization and were mainly street dogs that they were trying to find homes for out of the country. While this is sad, it's nowhere as upsetting as the notion that we would our own military animals behind, which we now know we didn't. I was hoping we learned our lesson from Viet Nam, when we did indeed abandon military dogs. It was a terrible look for this country and and got us a lot of bad press at the time. Hopefully, this is never repeated.
If the original story was true, which it wasn't, they weren't just dogs, they were soldiers, just like a police dog is considered a cop. These animals do their jobs and in many cases save human lives while risking their own. Remember the phrase, "no soldier left behind?" That applies to military dogs as well.

Personally, I would trade every single one of those dogs for an American citizen or an ally. It should never come to that, but that's my opinion on the matter.

Its not my fault they changed the numbers, I simply report... Also, to be fair, sleepy joe is doing a great job at making himself look horrible. Shall we show him in the fetal position after the big bad Doocey asked him a tough question?

You repeat what blatantly biased sources say, that's the problem with your reasoning.

It's sad that they didn't take the dogs with them, but can you imagine the outcry if they took the dogs when they were leaving people behind?

Every Amerixan Military Dog came home, as did the contracted working dogs. These animals ledt behind were street rescues and Lord knows we don't need anymore of those here.
