Damning Phone Call Leaked of Biden and Afghan President from Weeks Before Taliban Took Control, it May Come Back to Haunt Him

If President Donald Trump was impeached over a phone call for allegedly pressuring Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, then Joe Biden deserves the same for this phone call on Afghanistan.

Trump was impeached over a phone call to the President of Ukraine.
This call from Biden to the then-President of Afghanistan is bad. It paints both men in a bad light. It was a difficult and perhaps impossible situation for both of them, but each of them made their own bed. Biden asked Ghani to lie for him. The rationale probably was, if you admit things are bad, they get worse. If you lie and say things are good, perhaps that changes people's attitudes and actions to the point that things actually become good.
Anyhow, to the point, this type of lie is not impeachable. He didn't lie under oath, or to a judge, or to Congress. He didn't abuse his power, nor did he act beyond his power.

It's clear he needed the Afghani President to lie to save his polling numbers.

Well sure, if the lie improves morale on both sides, polling numbers also improve.  But the improved morale would have been in our national interest.  Trump's call to Ukraine was not in our national interest.
You don't think exposing the idea that one of our candidates for President might be extremely corrupt is in our national interest?

Insisting that Ukraine do so isn't.
Threatening to withhold aid from Ukraine in their fight against Russia isn't.
We have our own prosecutors.
Why didn't we use them?
