I did see that one mall in Atlanta (Buckhead area) was now requiring anyone under 18 to be chaperoned by an adult over 21. Maybe they should just get right to the point and say that any black male under 21 is not permitted inside? Statistically that would reduce the violent crime rate in that neighborhood by almost 100%.

Making America great is picking everyone up. Helping everyone. If there are less losers, there's more winners. And then America is greater.

He offered many times, but Chicago's "Mayor" thinks orange man bad and refused help..

Trump did the only thing within his constitutional rights. He used the bully pulpit. He threatened to send in the national guard multiple times, but never did because it can't be done without the request of the governor/mayor. There are laws that have to be followed... unless you're Biden and just use sweeping EO's.
