Sounds like a new consultancy group to advise and inform businesses of potential "cancel" issues. Consultants have been "extorting" businesses for decades.

Much of what you write about opening your eyes is pretty good - mostly objective and evidence based. This isn't one of them unfortunately.
This can't be evidence based because we don't have any experiences of it to draw upon. These people are looking to create a diversity industry, and if you don't think they'll use their levers of power to tilt the field in their favor, you're being short-sighted.
