Watching the defense get completely dismantled in the second half was torture.  The entire secondary can go for all I care.

They started to pick on Tyson and our pass rush was beyond terrible tonight. The blitz on second and long on the final drive was a head scratcher. Keep the play in front of you, no need to go for a hero blitz and allow a big play to put them in FG range.

They picked on Tyson all game long and that'll continue to be a theme all season. He continues to be completely lost when the ball is in the air.

Defense was trash all 2nd half. Out coached and out played.

No pass rush at all. Good run defense. Ok coverage.

Expansion level roster ya’ll. They almost got it done tonight but it’ll take some miracles to get wins this season.

You have a young team takes experience to close out a game... something that our team is working on and it will come in due time... we've seen improvements every week and we're getting close

Yeah we are short on players. Can upgrade a bunch of positions. No extra first rounder this year to get extra chances.

I am not sold on the coaches or front office but it was nice to see some progress. It will be nice when/if the coaches can help the players out with better plans. 

Not too mad about the 4th down decision but a better play would have been great.

Except for the one 2nd half TD drive, the O disappeared again in the 2nd half. I dont have stats in front of me, but didnt we have 120 yds rushing in the 1st half? Since we ended with 139, we managed a crowd pleasing 19 in the 2nd. Passing wasnt much better, i recall having about 120 in first half, about 80 in the 2nd. So then our offense contributed to this loss by not keeping our D off the field. we still arent balanced, but the scores are getting closer, and without the benefit of a special teams score this week, so that's reason to celebrate improvement. And 0 turnovers is outstanding!

We barely got any chances in the 2nd half. The Bengals offense was out there for what seemed like the entire half.

oh gad that was a vomitworthy call.

We don't have the corners to try and be cute on defense. The reality is this game should have been way worse if the Bengals watched the last game we had. Drop passes in the zones behind the LBs and you will easily beat the Jags coverage for big gains. The defense isn't horrible but really lacks a few speed coverage guys.

You could say the same thing about the Bengals in the 1st half. If our offense could have mustered one more time consuming 2nd half drive that yielded even 3 pts, we win this game.
