I seem to remember Bortles had a play where he didnt have control and the arm went forward. As it wasnt a 'pass' it was ruled a fumble.
But its us and these refs so no reason to be consistent
better replay shows tannehill in control and pushing the ball forward. interesting they didnt show that before the challenge.

Better yet, he thought it was a forward pass because you have to lose control while it’s in the hand, and it only slightly wobbled in his hand.
