If there is one thing this league does well, it roots out and exposes inexperience.

HCs:
Meyer 0-5
Campbell 0-5
Saleh 1-4
Cullen 1-4
Smith 2-3 (decent)

QBs:
Lawrence 0-5
Wilson 1-4
Lance 0-1
Mills 0-4
Fields 3-1 (excellent)
Jones 2-3 (decent)

You are correct sir...Dalton injured in game 2. Fields is 2-1 as a starter

It's also much easier to win when your defense only gives up 9 points and 14 points in those games.
Everything in the NFL is a 'win now' mind set. The expectations on these rookies is too much in my opinion.

so then he's not  3-1...and if you look at the stats from the bears game today they literally had more rushing yards than they did passing... they won the game by running

I would note that Smith was my first choice for the Jaguars head coach this off-season.

It's also not necessarily inexperience.  These coaches inherited bad teams.  For the quarterbacks, part of it is inexperience, but also partly is the fact that most of these players went to bad teams.

exactly and you really can't determine which rookie is better based on what team they are on... who they're surrounded with aka players... and who they played
