In spite of it all, felt like the game was well in hand. They just needed to reach out and grab it.

It was a grinding game. Game balls go to the kicker and team for that come from behind victory.

even if the 4th & 1 was converted it was still the wrong call. You take the points and go up a TD there, this team isnt good enough to leave points off the board

What is confusing is if they planned on going for it on 4th, the 3rd down call made no sense. The sequence is what bothered me, but at this moment.. who give a [BLEEP] lol... we won!

A joke of a comment.  Yes, changing the play call after the Miami timeout...going over the middle to get 9 yards while only using 4 seconds to set up a field goal had nothing to do with coaching.... right...

Jaguars win!!! The streak is snapped. Very happy with the effort today. Who would have thought that Matthew Wright would hit 2/2 >50 yard fgs?

A few people predicted the Jags would win in the predictions thread. Nobody said on a last minute field goal tho.

I'll take a win like that anyday.   a win is a win. of course dolphins HC made bonehead call to to go for it though.

I do have a question. I feel like every fan I have ever met makes the same comment "if you are going for it on 4th, with the why didn't you run the ball on 3rd down."

If is is that pervasive of a concept, do coaches just overthink it? I mean the defense and other teams have to be also thinking, they will probably go for it on 4th so they may run the ball on 3rd.

I know most of us didn't like the 3rd down call, but saying it is obvious they should be running the ball there seems too simplistic.

Literally just got home from the game. Ending was incredible. Trevor throwing for that extra yardage with 5 secs left and then the FG. People were going crazy.

I went with 2 mates who are Phins fans. Just amazing

Yep. I read a couple of thier message boards this week. They are more down on thier team/coaches than we are. Many on there were expecting a Jags win.

Does someone have the Jags radio broadcast of the kicks and last few plays?
